That is the reason why Geltoki uses a Quality Management System, a system which enables to provide a better service to the customers every time, and which meets requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Standard and of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) regulations.

  • Service adapted to the requirements and needs of the customer, by keeping the products in optimum conditions until their consumption.
  • Development and continuous training of the staff, to be able to accomplish the intended goals for the organisation.

All the activities have to be accomplished with the approach of constant improvement, which consists in planning scheduled activities, doing what is planned, evaluating results and acting according to these.
